Xavier is well known to the High Seas Rally community as the lead custom builder onboard in 2022 and 2023. He is Cycle Source Magazine’s 2019 Readers Poll Builder of the Year and creator of Easyriders Magazine’s 2019 Bike of the Year. To Xavier, building a bike is a creative process that starts with an idea from which you take the raw elements and time and hard work, and then you watch it come to life.

Pat Patterson is back onboard in 2024, this time as one of our builders for 4-Builders, 4-Bikes presented by Law Tigers. Pat has risen to the top of the custom motorcycle world with his skills and eye for design. He thrives in the Sportster market with his custom bikes, complete product line and unique approach to style.

Rick Bray has sailed on High Seas Rally as a special guest for the past two years, and he is joining us as one of our builders for 4-Builders, 4-Bikes presented by Law Tigers in 2024! Hailing from a racing background, Rick has been building bikes since 2004. His show-stopping choppers, known for pushing the boundaries of custom fabrication, epitomize the marriage of art and engineering.

Mike Rabideau is joining High Seas Rally for the first time in 2024 and will be onboard as one of our builders for 4-Builders, 4-Bikes presented by Law Tigers.
