BOOKING AN ACCESSIBLE CABIN
Margaritaville at Sea Islander has a limited number of accessible cabins available. Please note, accessible cabins must be booked over the phone as they cannot be booked online.

MARGARITAVILLE AT SEA ACCESSIBLE SERVICES
PIER ASSISTANCE
Margaritaville at Sea offers boarding and departure assistance to guests in wheelchairs or with mobility disabilities. To request assistance at the pier, contact Margaritaville at Sea 30 days prior to your cruise so that we may prioritize your assistance to go onboard. Reasonable efforts will be made to assist guests, but for safety reasons, staff is not permitted to lift guests or equipment. Assistance with manual wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc. will be provided.
ALLERGY AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Special dietary requests should be submitted to Margaritaville at Sea Access Department at least 45 days prior to sailing. Any requests made 45 days or less prior to your cruise cannot be guaranteed. Margaritaville at Sea can arrange to have no sugar and low sodium meals for guests with those specific medical dietary restrictions upon request. It is highly recommended that guests notify Margaritaville at Sea of their needs well in advance of the sailing to guarantee the availability of services.
SERVICE DOGS
Margaritaville at Sea welcomes service dogs individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability on its vessels, but they do not accept emotional support animals, pets, or service dogs in training because they are not recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act and thus are not allowed onboard. Margaritaville at Sea must be notified at least 45 days before the sailing if you are traveling with a service dog.
RENTING MOBILITY DEVICES
Guests who require the use of a mobility assistive device (such as a wheelchair or scooter) must bring their own or rent from a third-party company, as Margaritaville at Sea reserves wheelchairs onboard for medical emergencies. Note, all mobility devices must be stored inside the cabin and cannot be left in hallways overnight. Please see the contact information for the two companies offering these services.
