Our guests have raised over $166,000 for the High Seas Rally Dialysis Fund and Wounded Warrior Project by bidding on some incredible items in both Live and Silent Auctions onboard!
This year, we are asking for your help! We’re looking for unique, one-of-a kind items, custom motorcycle parts, autographed memorabilia and more, to be donated for the Silent Auction!
To submit an item to be considered for the Silent Auction, please carefully follow the instructions below. All submissions must be received no later than October 1, 2024. Items that are brought onboard without prior approval will not be considered for auction. Items that are deemed offensive, inappropriate, damaged, etc. will not be considered.
HOW TO SUBMIT AN ITEM FOR AUCTION:
To submit an item for the Silent Auction, you will be required to provide the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Item Name
- Item Description
- Approximate Value/Starting Bid
- Provide a minimum of two photos of the item
CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT YOUR ITEM – An email will be generated where you can fill in the requested information and attach at least two photos of the item. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions will not be considered.
All submissions will be reviewed and confirmed via phone or email as to whether the item will be available for auction no later than October 10, 2024. Approved items must be hand carried onboard the day of Embarkation. Additional information will be provided to those who are approved to bring items onboard.

Win an Item Onboard?
If you bid and win an item in either the Silent or Live auction, you will be responsible for full payment via cash or credit card at that time. All items must be hand carried off the ship on November 2, 2024. For items that are too large to hand carry or travel with, shipping information can be made available. Guests will take full financial responsibility for shipping and High Seas Rally will not be responsible or accountable for any items lost or damaged when shipped.
